About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, very active, and energetic female professional to join our team immediately. This role blends daily operations management with customer service coordination. You will be the vital link between drivers, supervisors, and customers ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and excellent service delivery.

Candidate Profile (Qualifications & Qualities):

  • Visa Status: Must hold a Freelance Visa with a Valid QID (transferable).*
  • Experience: Proven background in customer service, administration, or operations coordination.
  • Tech Savvy: Confident with computers, MS Office, and communication apps.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Smart & Very Active: Quick thinker, able to handle tasks on the go.
  • Self-Starter: Works independently without constant supervision.
  • Energetic & Hyper-Active: Brings positivity and high energy to the workplace.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Handles difficult customer situations with composure and politeness.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Probation Period: 6 months (trial to assess mutual fit).
  • Starting Salary: QAR 2,200 per month (during probation).
  • Performance Review: Conducted after probation.
  • Salary Increment: Based on performance, dedication, and results. A significantly better package will be offered to the right candidate.
