Female Performance Marketer and Shopify specialist

  • Take full ownership of the Shopify store, ensuring products, collections, pricing, inventory, promotions, banners, and merchandising are updated and maintained accurately.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Performance Max), TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze website, marketing, and sales performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools to drive data-based decisions.
  • Develop strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, grow average order value, and maximize overall online profitability.
  • Manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, loyalty initiatives, and customer retention programs to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and reporting systems across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor product performance, identify top-selling and underperforming products, and recommend merchandising or promotional actions to improve sales.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns and promotional events, including Ramadan, Eid, Back-to-School, UAE National Day, and other major retail occasions.
  • Drive monthly online sales performance by achieving revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
  • Optimize the customer journey from acquisition through checkout by enhancing user experience and identifying opportunities to improve website performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, offers, creatives, website content, and promotional campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement effective upselling, cross-selling, and personalized product recommendation strategies to increase average order value.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while improving customer acquisition costs.
  • Develop and execute SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and long-term traffic growth.
  • Optimize product pages, collection pages, metadata, blog content, and other on-site content for both search engines and customer engagement.
  • Reduce cart abandonment by implementing remarketing campaigns, checkout enhancements, and automated recovery workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers, suppliers, content creators, and internal departments to produce engaging website content and high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Identify emerging digital marketing trends, new technologies, and growth opportunities to continuously enhance e-commerce performance.
  • Expand and support online sales across marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, insights, recommendations, and opportunities to drive continuous business growth.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
