About the Role
Bluestar Manufacturing is hiring a Female Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage administrative duties, communication, scheduling, and coordination tasks for the CEO. This position requires confidentiality, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle email, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and draft letters, reports, presentations, and documents
- Arrange travel bookings and logistics when needed
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems
- Coordinate with departments for follow-ups and task updates
- Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, and reminders
- Welcome and manage visitors and official calls
- Support the CEO with day-to-day office tasks and priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA, or relevant field preferred)
- 3 to 4 years of experience as PA, PS, Executive Assistant, or Coordinator
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English and Urdu communication (written & verbal)
- Well-groomed, organized, and confident
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
