Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and trustworthy Female Personal Assistant who is fluent in Tagalog and English. The ideal candidate will provide personal and administrative support, assist with daily tasks, manage schedules, and help coordinate personal and business-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders
  • Handle calls, messages, and correspondence
  • Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Coordinate household and administrative tasks
  • Run errands and provide day-to-day assistance
  • Translate or communicate in Tagalog and English when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling apps)
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus
