Location: Lahore (New Garden Town Barket Market Lahore)
Job Type: Full-time (Office time 12:30 PM (afternoon till 9:00 PM at night) Monday to Friday
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Female Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be efficient in handling day-to-day coordination, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between the Director and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, emails, and communications efficiently.
  • Remind and brief the Director about upcoming meetings, appointments, and important tasks.
  • Coordinate with managers and team members to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Track and follow up on assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
  • Use company software systems to manage, document, and update work progress (training will be provided).
  • Prepare and share weekly reports and project updates with the Director.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all communications.
  • Handle general office coordination tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Female candidate only (Lahore-based).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage workload efficiently.
  • 1–3 years of prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
