About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Female Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be efficient in handling day-to-day coordination, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between the Director and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, emails, and communications efficiently.
- Remind and brief the Director about upcoming meetings, appointments, and important tasks.
- Coordinate with managers and team members to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
- Track and follow up on assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
- Use company software systems to manage, document, and update work progress (training will be provided).
- Prepare and share weekly reports and project updates with the Director.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all communications.
- Handle general office coordination tasks when required.
Requirements
- Female candidate only (Lahore-based).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage workload efficiently.
- 1–3 years of prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred.
