Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administration
- Handle quotations, invoices, and client documentation professionally
- Maintain records and organize company files
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
- Assist in sales and marketing activities according to company requirements
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Prepare professional documents using MS Office
- Support management in day-to-day business operations
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in quotation and invoice preparation
- Smart, professional, and well-organized personality
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage office work efficiently
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Professional email drafting
- Client dealing and follow-up
- Office management experience
- Social media or marketing support experience is a plus
