We require a person for its smooth and professional functioning. The candidate should be able to perform the following duties:-
A. A professional and proficient administrator:-
§ Carrying out large volumes of filing while retaining a good level of accuracy & efficiency.
§ Maintaining an effective administration system.
§ Rapidly responding to and resolving any administrative problems.
§ Managing related legislative, regulatory and compliance issues.
§ Coordinating office procedures.
§ Making sure that information is quick and easy to locate.
§ Good writing skill including reports, letters, minutes, and memos.
§ Updating office manuals and brochures.
§ Managing electronic and printed files.
§ Should be a good communicator and presenter & innovative.
§ She should be approachable, adhere to time management and self-discipline.
§ Should be a decision-maker, motivator & delegator.
§ Most importantly should have business acumen and metric oriented quality.
§ Should be obsessed with analytics resulting in innovative ideas.
§ Should fix a short & long time goals.
She Would go outstation/country along with MD for meetings & operations as and when required. This job is suitable for those candidates who live independently, from Accounts/Hospitality/Aviation/Event & Entertainment Industry.
Job/Duty Timings: 10AM to 7PM, Monday to Saturday
