Job Description

AWAZ TV is hiring a Female Podcast Host who is fluent in Sindhi and confident in leading conversations with influencers, public representatives (MPA/MNA), journalists, and civil society members. The host will manage the complete podcast process — from planning to execution — both inside the studio and in field environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and conduct podcasts in fluent Sindhi with a natural, engaging style.
• Manage full podcast operations: planning, scheduling, and recording (indoor & outdoor).
• Coordinate and align guests including influencers, political representatives, and civil society figures.
• Prepare discussion points, interview questions, and episode outlines.
• Work closely with the production team for smooth recording and execution.
• Represent AWAZ TV professionally during on-camera and field interactions.
• Participate in promotional and outreach activities related to podcast episodes.

Job SpecificationRequirements

• Female candidate, fluent in Sindhi (spoken & written).
• Confident on camera with strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to conduct field podcasts and travel as required.
• Understanding of Sindh’s cultural, social, and political landscape.
• Previous experience in hosting, media, or public speaking is an advantage.
