Job Summary
Medhaam Preschool & Daycare is a chain of high-end preparatory schools catering to preschoolers and providing day care and after school services. We are rated as one of the best preschools in the country.- We are looking for a Centre Coordinator for our Golf course road branch Gurgaon.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsiblities:

• Responsible for entire centre operations & managing the team
• Responsible for conversions and admissions
• Single point of contact for parents and team
• Mentor and coach the team
• Interact regularly with parents and attend to their queries
• Ensure curriculum is imparted in the classroom on a day to day basis
• Work together with other mentors and School Head on school-related matters like organizing events and other activities.

Key Skills

Female candidates only

The candidate should be a graduate having 1-7 years of experience of leading a preschool/daycare or teaching in a preschool or daycare

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality

A degree in Early Child Education is a big plus

Serve as a role model in terms of strong values, work ethics, punctuality, and respect
