Job Description

We are seeking a Female Project Coordinator with pure and complete Fit-Out project experience in the UAE to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will support project execution through effective coordination, documentation, and communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Assist the Project Manager in daily project activities
• Read and understand drawings, specifications, and scopes
• Handle professional email correspondence and follow-ups
• Manage procurement arrangements and supplier coordination
• Prepare or modify shop drawings if required
• Maintain document control, logs, and project records
• Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate with site teams and design teams
• Attend client, consultant, and internal meetings

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management (Required)

Experience

• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in Fit-Out projects (Mandatory)
• Strong exposure to Interior Fit-Out and Civil works

Language Requirement

• Hindi knowledge preferred
