Job Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and organized Female Project Coordinator – Civil with at least 1+ years of experience in residential construction. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of villa construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and seamless site management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily construction activities on residential villa sites

Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring

Ensure work is done according to design, specifications, and safety standards

Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, laborers, and suppliers

Track project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

Maintain site documentation, reports, and work progress updates

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams
