Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join KYG Prestige. You will specialize in connecting clients with upcoming projects, guiding investors and end-users off-plan purchases, and maximizing sales opportunities in Dubai's fast-growing property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential buyers and investors for off-plan and secondary market properties
  • Present and promote projects from Dubai’s leading developers with confidence and professionalism
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, including project selection, payment plans, market insights, and investment opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and business partners to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Attend property launches, networking events, and exhibitions to actively represent KYG.
  • Consistently follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements to maximize conversions
  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, upcoming launches, and competitor activities
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Dubai off-plan market is essential
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Strong investment mindset with a good understanding of market trends and ROI-driven sales
  • Professional, presentable, ambitious, and target-oriented personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and passionate about real estate sales
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages will be an advantage
