Core Eligibility & Background

• Relevant education (real estate, business and/ or marketing)
• Valid real estate license (where legally required)
• 1–3+ years in property sales or a strong sales background
• Knowledge of local property market and regulations
• Clean professional record and strong references

Sales & Negotiation

• Proven ability to close deals
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Confident in pricing, offers, and contract discussions

Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
• Ability to explain complex property details

Client Management

• Relationship-building and trust development
• Strong follow-up and after-sales service
• Ability to handle high-net-worth or demanding clients (if applicable)

Marketing & Prospecting (X-factor)

• Lead generation (cold calls, referrals, networking)
• Digital marketing literacy (property portals, social media, CRM)
• Property presentation and staging awareness

• Monthly/quarterly sales volume
• Conversion rate (leads → deals)
• Average deal value
