One Clear Ltd is a leading UK-based waste removal and clearance company operating across the Midlands and Greater Manchester. With 50–60 inbound leads generated daily through high-value marketing, we rely heavily on the performance of our call-handling team. We are now strengthening our department by hiring a dedicated Call Quality Control Officer.

Position Overview

We are seeking a female, detail-oriented, disciplined Quality Control Officer to review every call handled by the call agents and ensure full compliance with our script, rebuttals, tone, and performance standards.

This is a strictly in-house role, working the UK day shift (Pakistan afternoon/evening).

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to all inbound and outbound calls handled by the team daily.
  • Score each call using a 10–12 point performance checklist (provided).
  • Evaluate:
  • Frequency of “umms”, “ahhs”, hesitation”
  • Confidence and natural British-style conversational tone
  • Proper usage of the approved script
  • Correct rebuttals in common objection scenarios
  • Accuracy, politeness, structure, and call flow
  • Produce daily QA reports with scores, issue flags, and improvement notes.
  • Provide weekly performance summaries for management.
  • Identify recurring agent weaknesses and recommend retraining where needed.
  • Maintain strict professionalism, privacy, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Excellent English listening, comprehension, and evaluation skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical ability
  • Ability to follow structured scoring systems
  • Good written communication for reporting
  • 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Call Auditing, or Customer Service QA is ideal but not essential
  • Must be punctual and committed
  • Must be able to work in-house (not a remote role) Based in Gulberg 2, Lahore

High-performing QA Officers may progress into our Inbound Customer Handling Department, where salaries range from:

PKR 200,000 – 300,000 per month

Working Hours

  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
