Position Overview

We are seeking a Female Quantity Surveyor & Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage cost estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, and coordination between project sites, vendors, and management.

This role is ideal for a smart, detail-oriented professional with a background in civil engineering, strong analytical ability, and good communication skills — ready to play a key role in project execution and cost control.

Key Responsibilities : Quantity Surveying:

• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and material take-offs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Handle vendor/subcontractor billing, quantity verification, and cost analysis.
• Track material usage, labor costs, and work progress with regular reports.
• Support management in cost control, comparison, and tender documentation.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate effectively with site engineers, vendors, and management for seamless project flow.
• Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
• Schedule site visits and ensure timely communication of work updates.
• Follow up on material procurement, labor progress, and client requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation and assist in project meetings & planning.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Project Coordination.
• Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
• Female candidates only (preferred for this role).
