Position: Female Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Pre-Contract) – Own Visa Required

Meroni Francesco Interior Works LLC, a premier luxury interior design and villa construction company, is seeking a female Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with own valid visa. The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in luxury interiors, fit-out, or villa construction projects, with pre-contract experience mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior and villa projects.
• Conduct site measurements and tender analysis.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Assist in contract negotiations and project finalization.

Requirements:

• Female with own valid visa (Family / Spouse / Freelance)
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
• Pre-Contract experience mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD / PlanSwift
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
