Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive property sales across Dubai’s most prestigious developments.
• Manage leads, negotiate deals, and close with precision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while growing your personal brand.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and uphold ELL’s professional standards.
• Collaborate with our media, marketing, and sales teams to scale your reach and results.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven Experience: 1+ year of real estate sales in Dubai/MENA with a track record of closing.
• Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic or other regional languages = strong advantage).
• RERA Knowledge: Solid understanding of compliance and process.
• Mindset: Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
