Female Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based)

We are a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai looking for a motivated and ambitious Female Real Estate Agent to join our team on a commission-only basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to build a high-income career in Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage property leads

- Assist clients with buying and investing in Dubai real estate
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings

- Build strong relationships with buyers and investors

- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline

- Stay updated on Dubai real estate projects and market trends

Requirements:

- Fluent English is compulsory

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality

- Ability to handle clients professionally

- Previous real estate or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
