Job Title: Sales Executive – Apartment Building Sales (Female)

Location: Lahore / Islamabad / Karachi (Field-Based)

Salary: PKR 100,000/month (Basic) + PKR 200,000 Commission per Successful Sale

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to market and sell apartment buildings in Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with investors, property buyers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential buyers and investors for apartment building projects.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads regularly.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
• Answer client questions regarding pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, project details, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process until closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales within the Pakistani market.
• Proven track record of successfully closing property sales.
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to confidently conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
• Own transportation is preferred.
• Familiarity with apartment projects, property documentation, and local real estate practices is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 100,000 per month
• Commission: PKR 200,000 for every successful apartment building sale
