DreamDwell Properties is hiring a Female Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team! If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in real estate, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our real estate services.
• Generate and qualify leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Explain property details, prices, and investment opportunities over the phone.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful deal closures.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Real Estate experience
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Strong sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude
• Fluency in English (Arabic/Urdu is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate sales agent : 1 year (Required)
