Female Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests as they arrive.
• Answer calls and emails, and book appointments.
• Manage guest check-outs and payments.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with product sales and recommendations.
• Help with any questions or concerns from guests.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience (spa or wellness experience is a plus).
• Friendly, professional, and organized.
