Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries in English
- Manage reception desk and daily front-office operations
- Schedule meetings and property viewings
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams
- Maintain client records and internal logs
- Support agents with administrative tasks
- Manage emails, documents, and deliveries
- Ensure reception area reflects brand standards
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent English speaking and writing (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in real estate
- Front-desk or receptionist experience
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presence
- Ability to multitask
- Basic computer and office systems knowledge
