Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients and promote gym memberships.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into active members.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Energetic, confident, and motivated personality.
• Prior experience in sales or telemarketing will be an advantage.
