Position Overview:
We are looking for a Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for visitors, handle inquiries efficiently, and support the team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirm bookings.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information about services, packages, and promotions.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
• Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and update the database.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and attentive to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
