Job Title: Receptionist & Assistant Office Manager

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM

Role & Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Support administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist and in an administrative role

Strong computer skills are essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
