Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, have strong communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a medical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and administrative staff to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Assist in processing insurance documentation when needed.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and support the daily operations of the reception area.
Requirements:
- Female candidate currently residing in the UAE.
- Willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in healthcare.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the UAE.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using clinic management systems (EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Presentable, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be available to join immediately.
