Receptionist Duties:
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors, manage the reception area, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Administrative Tasks: Update calendars, schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and manage office supplies.
- Mail and Courier Handling: Post and collect daily mail and courier services, and distribute them.
- Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Accountant Duties:
- Basic Bookkeeping:Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Invoice Management:Ensure invoices are correct, prepare reports, and send them to accounts for payment.
- Financial Records:Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other accounting records.
Skills Required:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle both reception and accounting duties simultaneously.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
- Accounting Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulousness in handling financial records and administrative tasks.
