Job Description: Female Receptionist cum Administrator – Postnatal Care
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Female Receptionist cum Administrator to join our Postnatal Care team. This role combines front-desk reception duties with administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for new mothers and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception
- Greet patients, visitors, and families with warmth and empathy.
- Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and scheduling.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
Administrative Support
- Assist in maintaining patient files and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers for smooth service delivery.
- Manage billing, receipts, and basic financial records.
- Oversee inventory of supplies (stationery, medical consumables, etc.).
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and staff coordination.
Patient Care Coordination
- Provide guidance to new mothers regarding facility services and processes.
- Ensure a supportive and respectful environment for postnatal recovery.
- Liaise with families to address queries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Female candidate, preferably with prior experience in healthcare or hospitality.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Certification or training in administration/office management is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols, especially maternal and child care, preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism in dealing with postnatal patients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
