Job Description: Female Receptionist cum Administrator – Postnatal Care

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Female Receptionist cum Administrator to join our Postnatal Care team. This role combines front-desk reception duties with administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for new mothers and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet patients, visitors, and families with warmth and empathy.
  • Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in maintaining patient files and documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers for smooth service delivery.
  • Manage billing, receipts, and basic financial records.
  • Oversee inventory of supplies (stationery, medical consumables, etc.).
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and staff coordination.

Patient Care Coordination

  • Provide guidance to new mothers regarding facility services and processes.
  • Ensure a supportive and respectful environment for postnatal recovery.
  • Liaise with families to address queries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Female candidate, preferably with prior experience in healthcare or hospitality.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate degree (any discipline).
  • Certification or training in administration/office management is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols, especially maternal and child care, preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism in dealing with postnatal patients.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
