We are seeking a Female Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-presented, and able to manage front-office and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception duties including answering calls and welcoming visitors
  • Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain office records and documents
  • Schedule meetings and assist management with coordination
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and filing
  • Support daily office operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in receptionist/secretary role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Presentable, well-organized, and able to multitask
