Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Admin to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate must be fluent Tagalog, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Only unmarried female candidates will be considered for this position.
Having your own Emirates ID is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules for staff and management.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure the front desk is tidy.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with excellent service.
- Support the team with various administrative and office duties as required.
Requirements:
- A recent photo is required in the CV; CVs without a photo will not be processed.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Own valid Emirates ID (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
