Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Female Receptionist to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a medical environment and possess strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients / visitors professionally
• Handle appointments, calls, and inquiries
• Manage front desk operations efficiently
• Maintain patient records and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate with medical staff and management
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Medical Center, Clinic, or Hospital
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written preferred)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Immediate joining preferred

Job Details

• Duty Hours: 8 Hours per Day
• Weekly Off: 1 Day
• Overtime: If duty extends to 10 hours, overtime will be provided as per company policy
• Salary: QAR 3,500 Full Package
