Female Receptionist & Office Coordinator
Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Female Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. If you have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Coordinate office activities, schedules, and meetings
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Provide administrative support to different departments
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Must have their own visa
Immediate joiner preferred
Prior experience in a receptionist or office admin role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Multitasking ability with a positive attitude
Full-time position | Office-based in Sharjah
