Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Salon Receptionist to be the face of our salon. The ideal candidate will greet clients, manage appointments, handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, process payments, and ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the booking system (walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms like Fresha/Booksy).
- Confirm and follow up on appointments and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, messages, and social media inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments via cash, card, or mobile platforms.
- Upsell salon services and packages when appropriate.
- Maintain client records and preferences in the system.
- Coordinate with hairdressers, technicians, and therapists for smooth scheduling.
- Monitor and order front desk supplies when needed.
- Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Qualifications:
- at least 2 years' experience as a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a salon or spa).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, booking software (e.g., Fresha, and WhatsApp Business.
- Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; other languages Arabic are a plus.
