Ajman Gas LLC is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the company
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, courier services, and office correspondence
- Maintain visitor logs, records, and appointment schedules
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding office communication and visitor management
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Support HR and administration tasks when required
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents as assigned
- Follow company policies and maintain professional office etiquette
Requirements & Qualifications
- Female candidate preferred
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be preferred
