FEMALE RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED

Job Overview

Ajman Gas LLC is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the company
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, courier services, and office correspondence
  • Maintain visitor logs, records, and appointment schedules
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding office communication and visitor management
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Support HR and administration tasks when required
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents as assigned
  • Follow company policies and maintain professional office etiquette

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be preferred
