We are urgently seeking to hire a Salon Receptionist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a receptionist in the UAE, with a strong ability to multi-task and excellent proficiency in MS Office programs. Experience assisting with inventory management is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointments and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle phone inquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and ordering as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area for clients and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist experience in the UAE (preferably in a salon or related field).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in assisting with inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
