FEMALE Receptionist/Administrator

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily front-desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client reception, and payments.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, product orders
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts including social media updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Train new administrative or support staff and ensure proper onboarding procedures.
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Keeps a safe and clean salon area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • take payments from clients
  • make proper booking with full awareness of service time.
  • arrange pick up & drop off of staff
  • Make upsell when its required and on client recommendation
