- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client reception, and payments.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, product orders
- Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate marketing efforts including social media updates and promotional campaigns.
- Train new administrative or support staff and ensure proper onboarding procedures.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Keeps a safe and clean salon area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
