Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Attraction:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract candidates.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Utilize professional networks, social media, job boards, and referrals to find potential hires.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment:
- Review and analyze resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial interviews to screen candidates and assess their qualifications.
- Evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Interview & Offer Process:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and compensation packages.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Relationship Management:
- Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Maintain positive communication with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Reporting & Strategy:
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to ensure efficient and effective recruiting.
- Work to minimize recruitment costs and ensure legal and ethical hiring standards.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and assessment abilities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks.
