Female Recruiter (Technical & Non-Technical)

SAMA Engineering is looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting both technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews
• Manage hiring for technical roles and non-technical roles.
• Maintain recruitment database and records
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience hiring for technical and non-technical positions
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
