Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Agent (Solar energy) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, promoting products or services, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels.
  • Present, promote, and sell services to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Solar Energy field will be preferable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • A professional and approachable demeanor.
