Job Overview:
We are hiring energetic and results-driven Customer Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role involves communicating with customers, presenting our services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Duties: The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating sales, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with customers via calls
• Present and sell company products/services
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Keep records of calls and customer details

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Prior CSR or call center experience is a plus
