Female Sales Agents (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

Mars BPO is hiring energetic and confident Customer Sales Representatives for our night shift team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Present and promote company services effectively
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education
• Good English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in night shift
• Sales experience is a plus (fresh candidates can also apply)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
