Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, design, and implement integrated sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Market Research: Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Campaign Management: Create and oversee marketing materials (digital content, brochures) and promotional activities (events, trade shows).
- Lead Generation & Sales: Drive awareness, generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert interest into purchases.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and distributors.
- Performance Tracking: Set up systems to track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Budget & Reporting: Manage budgets, prepare sales forecasts, and create performance reports.
