Female Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales and Marketing Professional to join our growing team.

Job Overview

The Sales and Marketing Professional will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, and driving sustainable sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demands.

Manage social media platforms and online marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and overall marketing performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing (healthcare industry experience is an advantage).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Language: Arabic and English

IVF Specialist and Biotechnology is advantage.
