Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in inquiries, converting leads into memberships, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explaining gym services, memberships, and packages clearly to prospective members.
• Converting inquiries into memberships and achieving sales targets.
• Following up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
• Maintaining accurate records of client details and sales activities.
• Handling membership renewals and client queries.
• Coordinating with trainers and management to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Supporting promotional campaigns and marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM skills preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts as per gym operations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
