Female Sales Consultant – Tourism & Office Work

About the Role

We are looking for a female Sales Consultant with strong communication and office skills o join our tourism company. This role includes sales of travel packages, handling clients,basic office coordination. A great opportunity for someone confident, well-organized, and passionate about travel.

Key Responsibilities Tourism Sales

• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email & walk-ins
• Promote and sell travel & tour packages (local and international)
• Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and invoices
• Follow up with leads and convert into confirmed bookings
• Build good relationships with clients for repeat business

Office & Admin Support

• Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transfers, tours)
• Help with ticket bookings, hotel confirmations, and visa processing
• Maintain office records, bookings logs, and client files
• Support in daily admin tasks (emails, petty cash, filing)

Requirements

• Female candidate only
• 1+ year experience in travel, sales, or admin preferred
• Freshers with good communication and interest in tourism may apply
• Good spoken English (Arabic or Hindi is a bonus)
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Emails)
• Friendly, responsible & presentable personality

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
