We are searching for a female Sales Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in the gift item giveaway industry. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for managing both supplier and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, handling order processing, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing timely updates on orders.
Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to manage orders, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order process, from receiving orders to delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with customers by following up on their inquiries, handling concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, monitor KPIs, and contribute insights to help improve sales processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the gift item or giveaway industry.
Proven experience in coordinating with suppliers and managing client accounts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
