Female Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, send, and manage business correspondence including quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails to clients.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend client meetings as required.
• Support the sales and project teams by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track ongoing inquiries, quotations, and pending approvals.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations for meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
