JOB DESCRIPTION- The Technical Sales Coordinator - supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and providing data-driven insights to help achieve sales goals, responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical needs, providing tailored ELV solutions, and driving sales growth. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to support clients with comprehensive ELV services and foster long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret client requirements for ELV / Physical Security Systems.
  • Provide Technical presentations and demonstrations to perspective clients.
  • collaborate with sales engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Managed CRM systems to track sales leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Handle Purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
  • Complete monitoring and planning of projects as per routine as well as demand basis from client.
  • Attend pre-tender meeting and site visits.
  • Develop scope of work, cost estimate for projects.
  • Search and meet with potential suppliers to compare products, prices, quality and make the best decision for the company.
  • Negotiate sales agreements with selected with selected vendors to get the best value, and periodically revisit and renegotiate contracts for the duration of the business relationship.
  • Utilize company procurement software to generate request for quotes and purchase requisitions as well as create and prepare reports based on material data.
  • Monitor and execute plans according to project key metrics/ targets, budgets and deliverables as well as develop and coach personnel to ensure efficient operation of the project functions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or engineering, preferably within the ELV sector.
  • Strong understanding of ELV systems and components.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
