Female Sales Coordinator (Calls, Email & Social Media)

We are looking for a female sales staff who can handle customer communication from the office through calls, emails, and social media. The ideal candidate should be confident, good in communication, and able to convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email.
• Follow up with customers and maintain proper communication.
• Prepare and send quotations or offers via email.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales.
• Maintain CRM/lead sheet with proper status and follow-up notes.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality.

Requirements

• Female candidate only.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, social media handling & email communication.
• Positive attitude and ability to meet sales targets.
• Previous experience in sales/tele-sales preferred but not mandatory.
