Female Sales Coordinator Cum Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Sales Coordinator cum Accountant to join our ELV and AV System Integration company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, generating leads, supporting the sales team, and managing basic accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination & Lead Generation:

• Make soft calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.
• Fix appointments and schedule meetings for the sales/technical team with potential clients.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and client inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
• Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to prepare proposals.
• Maintain records of client communication and ensure timely responses.

Accounting & Administration:

• Handle basic accounting entries (sales/purchase invoices, payment vouchers, etc.).
• Assist in preparing quotations, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and account status.
• Support internal coordination between sales and finance departments.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator (preferably in ELV/AV or related technical industries).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred :

• Familiarity with ELV and AV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, SMATV, Intercom, Home Automation, etc.).
• Experience working in a technical sales environment.
• female staff, under husband sponsorship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
